What I See

Thought you might like to see a bit of what I see each day~this is but a glimmer. But now that I have figured out how to post video...it adds a new perspective! And I held the camera the right direction for this one.

Morning commute

Sorry- turn your head sideways to view- Devin tells me over and over to hold the camera the other way when taking a video- but I always forget. This is a very mellow morning of scooters on the drive to Nevi's school. But it still gives you an idea of the craziness~not too much longer having to do the morning commute. When Nevi begins at her new school in January- we no longer go toward the city for school!!!!!!

Weekend fun with Papa

The weekends are very special around here cause Papa is home! Devin works so hard and long days...so when the weekend arrives- fun is everywhere. Sunday evening- the close to a big and festive Concert weekend....Devin as a bride.
A beautiful bride at that...
We love you Devin. Your willingness to do almost anything to make your daughter laugh! What an incredible father you are~

Dim Sum

On Sunday, we went for brunch with our friend, Lin and her family. This restaurant called New Hong Kong has been run by the same family for 3 generations. Even during the Japanese occupation days! Egg tarts
dumplings filled with chives, pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, tofu and corn wraps, vinegar pork...on and on!

Brilliant food, laughter and good times! Thank you, Lin!

Hilltop Private School Annual Concert!

ooops these are out of order- this was when the concert was over...but shows the venue. Her Royal Highness was sitting in one of the blue chairs....we think she is the daughter of the son of the sultan...the princess....but we are not sure yet.

That's our star in the blue dress with her arm extended. Sorry we weren't allowed to use camera's in this auditorium...so these were on the sly with no flash!

Nev and a few classmates!

Sushi for dinner

We went to a great Japanese restaurant before the concert and after the hairstyling. Fresh sushi all around!
