The day after Thanksgiving we had such a lovely day at the pool. Felt so strange to be in the sunshine frolicking when usually we would be in the rain or even snow! We are very thankful for this tropical reality!
This is a local dessert called ABC with Cendol. It is basically shaved ice with palm sugar syrup, little jelly pieces, corn, red bean and noodles which are green and a scoop of ice cream on top! It is called ABC which stands for air batu campur which in English is something like water, rock blended. Thus- blended ice!
