Oh and another thing at this site...Devin went out to go piddle right when we were going to bed. And then we hear him say, "girls come out here there is some kind of marsupial in the tree". Both Nevi and I jump out of bed and go to the door...Devin is standing under a tree with his head lamp facing up. There is what looks to be a cat of some kind...triangular ears...big round eyes...a long tail with a white tip on the end. OK what kind of marsupial is that????? The animal climbed and then just stared. Devin did his business and came back in the van. Well, actually he told me he wanted to go on a night trek and I said what the hell...are you kidding- I do not need you off in the forest in the dark where there are snakes, wild animals and who knows what...he came to bed like a loving husband!.......only to go on a night walk at about 3 am instead when I was too groggy to complain:) a few days later, after some research- we learned the animal in the tree was an Australian opossom!
