Lisa

This is my friend, Lisa. She is living here in JB with her family~ Glenn, Brennah and Ruby. They are from New Zealand. The girls all go to school together. Today Lisa and I had a fun adventure. My dear friend, Kate had taken me to a small out of town place to get pictures framed. I had been there 2 and actually passed by another time. Anyway- I really did know how to get there. So off Lisa and I went....Lisa driving cause she is a brave lady! Anyway- I got the sense we were close to where we needed to be, but something looked different. So we kept on. After way too long I realized we were so far past where we were to U-turn. I started to laugh and Lisa was a sport. We had probably driven and chatted about hummmmm 10 kilometers too far. So I just declared that I wanted Lisa to see some rural sights today and we pulled a u-turn. Finally we got where we needed to be. Turns out.....they had changed the place of the U turn since the last time I came by. Always under construction and yet ever changing are the roads here. Oh well we got there just fine- Lisa got her art work framed. Then we went out for lunch and coffee and then went to get the girls at school. It was a lovely adventure. I really appreciate Lisa in my life...she is an incredible mother, wife, teacher, artist, and friend.
Oh and how could I not mention....we were in the one really good sized book store in JB....and there is a section called Chick Lit. And there is the photo to proove it! LOL.
